* Fancamp Exploration is in the process of obtaining its ECOLOGO Certification (“UL 2723 Certification Program for Responsible Development for Mineral Exploration Companies”) by the Association De L'Exploration Minière Du Québec. The ECOLOGO Certification provides credible, third-party verification in the aim of promoting the widespread application of environmental, social and economic best practices in the mineral exploration industry, validating adherence of companies to a standard of accountability and social responsibility initiatives, and demonstrating increased value to investors.

Fancamp Exploration recognizes that the success of our operations is best built upon the foundation of sustainability and responsible governance, and our corporate structures and codes of conduct reflect a commitment to honest, ethical comportment and management, while mitigating environmental impacts and a focus on providing a supportive workplace environment.
Fancamp Exploration fully complies with all environmental laws and regulations in our exploration properties located in Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario, Canada. Although Fancamp Exploration is in the early exploration stage across numerous properties and jurisdictions, and holds various joint ventures and interests, we are actively monitoring and assessing the risks of our projects and operations, and developing mitigation strategies to deal with any potential future incidents.
Fancamp Exploration prioritizes minimizing the environmental impacts of exploration and takes proactive approaches to evaluate and mitigate any potential operations or actions that would negatively impact the environment in the regions that we operate within, taking the necessary precautions and creating processes to identify adverse impacts, as we aim to foster positive, productive and mutually beneficial relationships with local communities with respect for their territory and ecosystems.
Some of the actions we’ve taken over the last year with respect to be above noted principles include the incorporation of a Code of Ethics and Conduct, and various governance guidelines and regulations to ensure effective, transparent, ethical and fair management practices and communication, that is focused on protecting and building shareholder value and interests, while protecting the safety and rights of those that interact with the company.
